MEET THE DOCTOR
DR. NALINI SINGH
I am a board certified adult endocrinologist with 21 years of experience (after training) in patient care. I earned a B.A. degree (magna cum laude) from Harvard University and a M.D. degree from UCSF School of Medicine. I completed an Internal Medicine residency at UCLA Medical Center, and an Endocrinology fellowship at VA Greater Los Angeles. From 2000 to 2007, I was an academic and clinical endocrinologist/internist at VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (2000-2003) and later at VA Puget Sound (2003-2007). From 2003 to 2007, I was also the Director of the Diabetes Program at VA Puget Sound in Washington state.
From July 2007 through June 2021, I was in clinical practice as a group endocrinologist with Healthcare Partners in the San Gabriel Valley. In 2020 Healthcare Partners became part of Optum. I maintained outstanding patient satisfaction scores and earned accolades from my fellow physicians (Top Doc award in Pasadena magazine for eight years straight from 2012 to 2019). In 2021 California magazine features me as a Top Doctor representing Glendora, CA. I have also maintained ABIM board certification in both Internal Medicine and Endocrinology. I last recertified in Internal Medicine in October 2020 and in Endocrinology in November 2020.
I aim to provide patient care that combines evidence-based guidelines and cutting edge technology. I also work with each patient to develop a treatment plan that incorporates his or her individual needs and priorities
